I've been on a Keto diet with IF for about 10 months now with the occasional carb loading schedule squeezed in. Longest I've fasted is 26 hours. I quit having sugar-spiked induced hunger pangs or headaches since getting on it. Now I do a modified Keto diet where I add about 40 grams of complex carbs at dinner to replenish my glycogen stores as I workout every morning Monday thru Friday. I love it!

I wish i had that experience. The one huge downside to keto for me is the lack of energy. I especially experience it when im working out. But I'm more than willing to put up with it to get more shredded.

Have you checked to make sure you went into ketosis? You have to get into ketosis for the switch to fat burning. If you don't do that you're not really on the ketosis diet and it won't work as intended.

When I go full keto I sure I get into ketosis as I burn fat quite well. It's just the lack of glycogen replenishment in my muscles that seems to be the issue. When I hit that 25 minute mark during my resistance training I am totally drained of energy, or at least close to it. But at that point I just try to push through it. If not I just go to my scheduled cardio sooner than planned. No big whoop.

Well you should buy the urine test strips. When you're in ketosis your body does not use glucose for energy, it switches to fat - and that gives you incredible energy. Like you're on crack.
It takes anywhere from a few days to a week to get into ketosis, and any carbs over the limit will knock you right back out of it.'
