  • What do you think? Have they?

It's hard to say. There are many things getting increasingly bad for Russia but that does not mean they won't keep pushing until there is some plausible "victory". Likewise, UA is continually getting beat up by Russian long range missiles too.

My gut feel is most likely something will crack in Russia and Putin will decide that the risks don't outweigh the rewards at some point in the next year. Like any authoritarian regime, power tends to be brittle and Putin could be taken out or something else which becomes the catalyzing event that brings the war to an end. A lot of people over time have declared UA was going to fall soon for five years now. A lot of people over time have declared that Russia would fall too. Both were wrong and although both UA and Russia have paid a very high price and Russia is long past the point where a reasonable person could say it was worth the self inflicted damage, that does not mean that the war has to end anytime soon. I don't think UA will fold without being nuked and Russia will likely reach that excessive pain point sometime in the next year or so where they declare victory roughly along the current line. That being said, wild cards are everywhere in war.

  • Secretary of the Air Force Troy Meink made a bombshell admission this morning, disclosing that there are on-orbit weapons deployed right now to protect America’s interests in space. Those weapons support a Space Control mission set, and the U.S. Space Force has now also shared additional details about that directly with TWZ.

Meink first made mention of what he described as “on-orbit space control weapons” during his keynote speech earlier today at the Air & Space Forces Association’s (AFA) 2026 Air, Space & Cyber Conference, at which TWZ is in attendance. As head of the Department of the Air Force, Meink serves as the top civilian overseeing both the Air Force and the Space Force. Space-based weapons have historically been a very sensitive topic for the U.S. military, with much discussion over the decades about whether such capabilities could already exist to varying degrees in the American arsenal. There has already been a dramatic shift in this regard in recent years, with the head of U.S. Space Command (SPACECOM) openly declaring the acquisition of new anti-satellite weapons to be a top priority just last month.

  • That's not an F-15. The vertical stab and horizontal stab aren't correct for an F-15.

According to the thread on X it's the tail section of a Tornado that crashed in 2018.
