Cool Music That Isn't a Hundred Years Old

A group of singers / performers got together for a Youtube Metal Music reality competition "show" and managed to put together a banger and video in one day:

(The other groups didn't do half so well.)

It was so good that they actually got together later and put out a full length album.

Is there some nostrum or salve that could help her?

I've been hearing in that on the radio but I'm not really liking it so much. Because she ripped off too much of the original song. To me that's not really music when you do stuff like that

I met these guys last year at a small festival did the sound for. Twin high school seniors. They did a really good set with some originals and a punk rock version of Psycho Killer that REALLY kicked ass. I always like to encourage kids when I get the chance and I told them hey... you ever want to lay down those tracks, let me know.. The came down four or five times, working four or five hours each time... They didn't get done nearly what they thought they would-there's a LOT of work involved in recording music and I worked them pretty hard to get it just right. Their dad or somebody bought them a 16 track portastudio so they decided to finish at home. Heh... The stuff they recorded on their own sounds better than the stuff they did here. Here's my fav, I think. It's one of the ones that they didn't record here...

I really like this a lot! These guys are great! I like that raw sound and the guy's vocals are great. He's got a really cool sounding voice. It's distinctive. I love this!

I mean by a great vocal I don't mean that he's on pitch all the time because he's not, but I don't care. That gives it character and it sounds fucking great

They probably didn't even know what they were going for.

A single music video can sell me on a band. Even if I normally don't like that kind of music, a good one will stick with me forever.

And this, one of their first, was great.
