The CD come back continues!

And it just so happens that we have a CD coming out. Lol.

I've been reading about this stuff for about a year or more. And it's just increasing and increasing period and it makes sense too. Vinyl is expensive, more fragile, noisy, takes up a lot of room and really it does not sound as good as a good CD will sound. On a good CD player.

Anyway. I think this is really cool stuff!

Coldplay recently released a CD that sold something like 250,000 copies. That's just for the CD version of it. Pretty crazy.

We made the CD simply because a record store in MI - who Bob knows - contacted me a week or so ago and is interviewing me and doing a "Jetglows 4th of July weekend promotion. So I told him we'd make a CD just for his store and put the vinyl version of our album on it. We have a vinyl LP thing we made but never used. It has transitions between all the songs and is meant to be heard as an album.

So that's what we did and that's why we're doing it - but we ended up loving it and are doing our own release version too.

I got five of these in for myself today.

Thank you! This version there's only 25 of them made. Well 30 of them I have five. But I'm giving them away the ones that I've got. The other 25 are going to the record store and they're giving those away.

But the other version that we're going to have out is basically the same music on there and just not the record store stuff on the CD. That's going to be on our website pretty soon.

I only have three left right now for me.

We're going to advertise it - and possibly sell a portable CD player too - for people who don't have one. Cool looking ones.
