I always think of Beetle ..... He would pop in to say the sky is falling whenever shit like this happened. Normal flooding, normal drought cycles. It was all fucking unprecedented climate change to him.
Just like the California droughts. Long since behind us..... But perfectly normal for California.

There is Levees just not at the little town the drone shots were taken. A few of them broke though. I live where the smart people do though..
