No, 5" thick, 18" deep at the footers. We wanted the thing 18" minimum above grade, so they took the dirt from the footers and built up the center, compacted, then put a layer of plastic then gravel above that. 30' x 24', DID take 3 trucks

UNrelated: I found the "pour-over" coffee method to be inefficient---takes 10 minutes per cup, and I can't prevent a fair portion of the water from seeping thru the filter above where the coffee grounds are. Barb found that there are stainless steel version of K-cups available, withe teeny little filters for same. Tried it this am, frikkin awesome
