Sluggo does fantastic work.
He sure does. That's some real talent & patience right there.

They didn't start out that way! Here's a 67 Dream that was gifted to me that I'm slow-boating. When I got it it was an EXTREME basket case. I vaguely remember helping my friend (who willed it to me) disassemble it for paint around 1994. It sat in his mom's basement for 25 years until he found out he had cancer and he gave it to me. I used to razz him about not finishing it.. He told me.."You're right; I'm never going to finish it. You finish it." This one is going to be very special...
I hope you show it to us when it's finished.
What do you think of the long low pipes? These would typically be on a bike with steamer trunks and suitcases on the back of it... My other goldwing has shorter megaphones angled up slightly... Also, this fender is from a 1980 cx500. It's just sitting on the wheel right now but I can see I've got to get that fender mounted as close to the tire as I dare... Also the seat is actually the original seat for the cb550 and it's just temporary. I'll be putting a flat brat style seat on this one. I'm also going to bob the rear fender so it just sticks out from the seat a few inches. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to trim the back of the frame...
I had a similar experience with a Kz750.
I halfway did the work halfway paid a shop then drove the bike back to my departed friend's family and gave it to his boy.
Tear filled shit.
Read this carefully. YOU MISSED YOUR CALLING. What ever decision you make with regard to styling will be the correct decision.
I propose you perform an experiment.
The cafés you have. Place them for sale at a premium scooter internet venue and value them at ten times what you think their worth.
Don't sell them. Merely offer them up.
Do it. Why isn't this done yet you gasher?

I think the low pipes look off on the style that you make these. I think it looks like it's not following the lines of the test of the bike. I feel it would look great following the angle of the base of the seat in that picture, or maybe a little more of an angle up.
Or make the pipe really short
Matthew 6:28-30 :
Also, why are you anxious about clothing? Take a lesson from the lilies of the field, how they grow; they do not toil, nor do they spin; but I tell you that not even Solʹo·mon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these. Now if this is how God clothes the vegetation of the field that is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much rather clothe you, you with little faith?
As they say in TX., purty flars.
That looks very tasty in an almost British way.
I like a good, bacon-grease grizzle on everything.
You seem to have a propensity to carbonize your food.
Reminds me of an ex sister-in-law. My brother gave her the faux indian name of Cooks With Smoke.
Hey that bacon can get away from you! One second it's perfectly crispy, the next second you're grabbing the tongs and it's starting to burn. Hahaha
a thing to remember with bacon is that it keeps cooking for a few after you pull it off.
