Been a while since I've been able to get back to MOBOT. It was a really nice day today. Even got my 15 minutes of peace at the unoccupied peaceful bench:
The plants at the waterline were the Lotus Flowers that I never got to see in full bloom. The flowers were all dead. But they leave behind these things, which are interesting on their own:
But the nicest part today I think were the water lilies, which are in several of the ponds around the gardens.

Pretty!
Does 15 minutes of peace mean no wifey?

No wifey today, so correct, no chatter while trying to have a peaceful moment.
In fact, the helicopter was circling for five minutes when I arrived, but he was gone when I found the bench, too.
And no sirens, for once.
And whatever frigging school marching band practice that I could hear from the Hosta Garden had apparently taken a break, too.
So, yes, truly was peaceful for the full 15 minutes. I really enjoyed it.

No! V-twins suck! Bubble top Impala!
The V-Twin is the mostest perfectest motorcycle engine design there could ever be. (The offset rear jug of the Virago, to increase air flow to that jug, was a nice improvement)

He is a hipster geezer.

People who think they know everything are especially annoying to those of us who DO.

Seems folks change the definition of "hipster" whenever it suits their needs. Seems a "hipster" would be more inclined towards unreliable antiquated steampunk bullshit. Something like an unbalanced leak machine designed to fit within the frame of a bicycle 120 years ago...

I like almost all motorcycles and most engine types. The simplicity of a pushrod V twin is a joy. Syncing 4 carbs on an inline 4 not so much.
