Well I'm on my way to go check out this guest house. Everything about it seems good from the ad and even with talking with the woman who owns it. Reasonable price too..
It would be a year lease and then after that a month to month. Kind of sucks because I don't really want to be tied up for a year somewhere. I want to buy some land and this higher rent is going to set me back a bit and saving for that.
I was super tempted to rent this mountain two bedroom house up and running springs. I mean that thing was really awesome but it's like an hour and a half to two hour drive to work each way. I would be living in a paradise though but I would be driving through fucking hell. LOL

I've seen a few manufactured homes that are huge and inexpensive on lots already. But you never know if those places will be sold out from under you.
A manufactured home would be the best at this point other than my trailer being set somewhere. Those things are very large inside and they have high ceilings. Most of them do that I've looked at. That would be great for recording and mixing plus I could do whatever I want with the walls and all of that. With a rental I can't probably hang my bass traps up and all that stuff, plus a lot of them will probably have noisy air conditioners if they have air conditioning at all.
A lot of place down by the beaches don't even have air conditioning.
There are tons of places that allow it but they're just aren't any open spaces.

Have you checked to make sure you went into ketosis? You have to get into ketosis for the switch to fat burning. If you don't do that you're not really on the ketosis diet and it won't work as intended.

Tim has been telling me that he was going to record his bass parts and we do his guitar part as soon as he got time. So I sent him all the tracks. I even asked him if he wanted to work on a different arrangement and he said that he liked this one.
So today he sent me his version of it with his crappy drums on there and his crappy lead with no vocals. And then he text me to make sure I got it. Earlier today we spoke on the phone and he said that he was recording.
So I think that a good song is going to go to trash but I'm not even going to work on it anymore. I'm just going to work on my own stuff.
