I heard from my neighbor that they do not have a buyer yet AND that Frank, the guy who owns the tire shop at the front, is trying to buy it. Frank does not want to move. He's been here for 27 years. So he's getting a plan together. Of course even if he gets it there's no guarantee that we get to stay, but I would bet anything we would. Just an increase in rent.

My trailer is too big for the spaces I found in Lomita. I spoke with the guy today. It's a 40x20 foot space but my trailer is 42 feet from hitch to the back bumper and they require three feet of clearance all the way around.
Too bad. That was a great area.

Idiots are running everything now

Bailouts. When there are no consequences for failure mistakes are repeated.
And it's for Black and Hispanic neighborhoods only. Because there are no races that are poor other than Black and Hispanic

All I know is that for me, flying under the radar and not being noticed as any different is what makes me happy.

If I do find a space, I'm going to be saving every dime until I can buy land somewhere.

me too.
One thing I'm finding is that these people are nearly impossible to get a hold of or don't return messages.

With or without?
looks way better with the pic guard.

I found a space for my trailer in Lomita, which is a pretty good area. Right next to very exclusive, gorgeous areas in Rolling Hills and awesome San Pedro, Redondo Beach. Close to Long Beach and 6 miles beaches to the south, west and to the east is long beach and the PCH not far.
I just found the listing and left a message and texted the guy.
900.00 a month - so that's great.
I hope that is available. It's bigger than my current space.

I don't know any trans people, that I know of, but I assume that most would not want to be outed as trans. probably a lot do not pass and those are the ones that may be likely to be butthurt all the time by people "misgendering" them.
I would never want to tell anyone in my real life. I feel like that would change the relationship. I like being accepted as a woman and that would change.
If someone passes, I see no reason why anyone would out themselves. They're probably like me and don't want to think about stuff like that.

What do you mean? What mindset?

I installed a printer at In-N-Out headquarters today and they gave me a T-shirt and two credit card things good for full meals there.
Those guys know my dad and asked about my dad. They were very complimentary of my dad. I didn't want to say that I work for my dad but the sales guy that works for us already told them. LOL.
So hopefully they don't call and say hey your daughter was in here. Because my dad would for sure say son. Not to be mean or anything but he would just not think about it. Say that was my son or something like that. And I don't feel like being outed.

Me too! I love Maple necks even though I don't have one. I think they're the best looking on those fender guitars for sure

It's really nice looking.

Is that new? That is gorgeous!

I like how he speaks of Tool as "them" and "that's their process" as if he's just a producer and not in the band.

I'm still thinking about GS. Of all the things he put up with at FW - for him to leave just because I said that I believe the vax caused damage. That's such a strange thing to stake his post on. To draw the line on. I don't get it.

So I'm in my bedroom and I hear what sounds like a constant roar from a jet. I open my window and it's freeway noise.
I've never heard this before. It sounds like it's coming from the 710 freeway which is Miles away.
It's a constant roar and it sounds like a jet airliner with my window closed even. When I open the window up it's like I'm next door to a freeway.
So I use the Google. Apparently at dawn and dusk there can be an effect that basically divert sound that would normally go vertically back down to the ground. It has to do with temperature of the air and the ground. So basically the sound is being refracted or bent.
This is absolutely bizarre.
Normally it's dead quiet over here. I open my windows at night often. Now I've closed my window and I can still hear it.
