Forum rules have been posted. There's only three. You can find them in the new Forum Rules tab in the menu at the top of the forum. There's also a link to them in my signature.

    Here they are:

We don't want to moderate anyone. We think people need to be able to post whatever they'd like without some dip-shit moderator giving you shit. We're really only asking for a little common sense.

    1. Don't do or post anything that's illegal or will get Gina (me!) in trouble
    2. NSFW (not safe for work) goes in the NSFW forum at the bottom.
    3. No spamming. This one may be a little ambiguous, but I'll give some examples of what I would consider spam:
      * flooding the forum/threads with nonsense.
      * spam ads

That's really it. I realize that some things are always going to be judgment calls, but I assure you I don't want to have to moderate anything. You should be able to post whatever you want without fear of moderation or reprisals.

This is what free speech is. It might require putting up with people or posts that you might not like, but everyone has the right to exist here. There is an ignore function in case you really don't wan't to deal with a particular person. I myself allow things that I really wish were not posted, but it will stand unless it breaks any of the simple rules. You can make fun of me or scream in my face and nothing will happen to you!

Really guys, the idea is to have an open forum without moderation. The rules really are not about me, they're about keeping the place cool for everyone.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I really appreciate that.

I have a nice wool blanket and I want to use it. It's been getting cool. Tonight will be around 59, which I LOVE, but I like my bedding to have some weight to it. I'm so excited for Autumn!

The wool blanket I have says to dry clean only. I don't want to ruin it. I've had it for a few years and have only ever taken it outside and knocked the dust out, brushed it and let it freshen up in the outside air.

Any tips, or is it pretty much to the dry cleaners?

Yeah. lol! I want to see what my torso looks like at 140. It's already getting close to flat. I can't wait!

I think we can all thank Fanny. I never really understood how keto actually worked before she started posting about it. I still didn't until recently. So I thank Fanny.

    :)

I understand. One thing about cats though. Every cat I've had has been an outdoor cat. They come and go as they please and no litter box. Never had a litter box. They're great companions and a lot of entertainment! I'll send you a laser pointer!

Well, you're not dead yet. Keep going!

I feel the same way about dying. I'm fine with it and don't fear death. I fear suffering.

I'm so sorry. I'll bet you really miss Casey. I'm going to be lost for awhile when Ziggy is gone. I'm the kind of person that is nostalgic and I'm going to be crying a lot every time anything reminds me of Ziggy for a long time .

Have you considered getting another dog?

    That makes me smile! :)

I love their personalities. They're listed as being one of the dumbest dogs, but that's just because they are not easily trained. They're not easily trained because they only do what they want to do, and that's not play stupid human tricks. They're very intelligent.

I've lost two inches around my belly and I'm at 148 pounds now. Before I started keto or exercise I was at 155- 158. Before I started keto, which had only been about a week, I was right around 150.

So I figure I've lost 2 pounds in water weight and some fat. I've been hitting my exercycle for 30 mins a day and I'm doing the intermittent fasting thing each day. I wanted to shoot for 140, but I might go a tad lower depending on how I look.
