Missed yesterday. The city I live near got over 25" of rain in 72 hours. River crested about 20' above flood level and the back yard flooded so I got water in the bedrooms again. Takes a tropical downpour for that to happen.

The last one also works if the Brit has, gasp, an air conditioner in their home.
