So I've called them Jundies going back to the late 80s. An 1800s commonwealth military term for enemy arabs. I just applied it to Indians... it just seemed to fit them better. The term Pajeet started in Canada about 5-8 years ago, it came to prominence with the mass importation of Indians to Canada (where today they are at least 25% of the population. In cities like Toronto they are pushing 60%). Pajeet eventually went to 4chan, where it was avidly used by Russian digital mischief makers and it spread like wildfire internationally thanks to them (used extensively in memes). Canada has evolved however, Pajeet is no longer used at all - they use the term Jeet nowadays. Part of it is the authoritarian hyper sensitive government. Jeet is a little more stealthy.
As for me, I alternate between Jundie and Pajeet depending on my mood. Kumar doesn't resonate with me - it's a common last name... nowhere near dehumanizing enough for my sensibilities.
That's why Smoked Kumar is so funny. Now our labor-lovigng migrants AKA foreign specialists are all Ravshans and Jamshoots. Taxi cab drivers are Masturbeks and Dumbodzhons.
