Hill Country is now just a bunch of antique stores for suburban women buying "rustic" house decorations.

Close to 20 U.S. Air Force KC-135 and KC-46 Aerial-Refueling Tankers lifted-off this morning from airbases across Europe, heading in the direction of the Middle East, with most of the tankers appearing to be towing fighter aircraft, likely including F-15s, F-16s, F-22s, and… pic.twitter.com/TE5qUAhhF6

oh shit. Time to see if the 30k penetrators can crack the Natanz labs 300' underground.

Don't trust the AI overview.
Google Maps Measuring Tool, Diego Garcia to Natanz with his between Tehran and Ishfran. 3142 miles.
-
and it's 3100 miles diego garcia to natanz, direct line. With payload, winds, a published 6800 miles range without a full bomb load, you're pushing or breaking the limits for no reason, you just get gas.
-
With what payload?
-
Not with that payload, it's a 3000 mile run to target from Diego to northern Iran, without diversions, loiter time, etc. You're getting gas at least once.
It could be the 10 planes that went to Rammstein keep going to either help Israeli operations or moves to Diego to support the B-2 operations, it's not an uncommon stop before going to the ME. The rest that went to England, Spain, etc, go on to Trident 25 for exercises. Some maybe go fly with the IAF but Trump doesn't seem super hot on that to me.
-
I guess we will find out soon. One theory is they might be used to help Israel kick up their op tempo as they only have 7 old 707's for close to 200 aircraft.
They have another 7 KC-130, so 14 for 200. "Optimal" for a tanker is supposedly 22 aircraft each, so this is a bit better than that. Some others say 12 jets per tanker.
-
Only 2, and it's only integrated with the B-2.
-
it wouldn't be the first time B2s hit something on the other side of the globe after taking off from home base.
Half of Operational B-2 Force Deploys to Diego Garcia - Federation of American ScientistsThe United States Air Force has forward deployed about one-third of its B-2 stealth bombers to Diego Garcia, or about half the B-2s considered fully…fas.orgIt wouldn't be, but if you're doing repeated strikes on Iranian infrastructure flying back to Kansas is a waste of time. By May there was 6 B-2, 4 B-52, 6 KC-135, and a C-5 forward deployed.

I think the only europe assigned air refueling wing going to european bases for an exercise they go to at this time of year, every 2 years, and the air force announced on their own media a month ago, is probably just them going to the exercise. Probably. It might not be, but to hit the things in Iran that have to be hit, which are deeper than any weapon system an F-15I can drop to kill them, you have to fly B-2s out of Diego Garcia, and that's where you'd put your refueling wing instead of trying to chain them out of the EU and across the ME.
-
The insinuation is they're headed for the ME, but they went to Spain & Germany instead of Diego Garcia, and contrary to the headlines it wasn't "sudden", the exercise is annual. Probably much ado about nothing. Even the B-2s that went to Diego Garcia, the only thing that can drop the 30,000 lb penetrators you have to have to hit Natanz and the other place, went home awhile back.
-
It's the 100th Air Refueling Wing on their way to the Atlantic Trident 25 exercise.
Air Force refueling convention? Deus Vult?

One of many graveyards full of Cybertrucks nobody wants.

The Shithole Matrix is pretty straightforward in Dallas proper. You have a square grid of main roads, boulevards and avenues.
Dallas is the only place I've been to (so far) where the homeless wander from car to car while you're stuck in gridlock on the Interstate.
Slam's comments don't really convey how much Dallas really sucks. Even The State Fair is way overpriced garbage.

They use a mix of GBU-28s (the tank barrel bombs from Desert Storm) and GBU-72s, the upgraded version of the upgraded GBU-28 Enhanced.

The third F-35.

What Iran claims is an F-35 it shot down.

That's Montgomery Ward. Sluggo is damn close.

I’m considering this AI stuff for graphic design. I wonder if the images produced are owned by the AI or can I copyright them?
The current stance of the US Copyright Office is that AI generated art does not have a copyright owner because it's not a work of authorship by a human. AI, being an algorithm, cannot be an author and hold the copyright. Therefore, AI generated images are public domain and can be used freely.
