Peskov said that a strike on Ukrainian civilian facilities "with the aim of retaliation is not a war crime."
He said President Zelenskyy's resignation was not among Russia's demands on Ukraine, but any documents he signed could be challenged "because of his illegitimacy".
According to Peskov, the Russian constitution has four regions and the Ukrainian army must lay down its arms and withdraw. If it does so, fighting will be "instantly stopped."

Russia cannot achieve its goals militarily. So it terrorizes Ukrainian civilians, plays for time, uses "Russian diplomacy" and gives deceitful interviews.
