I shopped on ebay got a used Cardiocheck Plus, pipets, and strips for about $270!! This will give me the ability to test my cholesterol....total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides. Any time I want. Oh happy day!

No not much, you stick your finger and draw blood just like a glucose test. This system gives you everything you need to know about cholesterol if you are on keto.
Your triglycerides should be low and HDL should be high and your LDL may be higher than a doctor would like, but thats how the cells get fat to burn. The cholesterol in these LDL's is just along for the ride.

In my shoes? My cholesterol is ok, its Mary with high cholesterol. What did you have in mind Sippy? Some Canadian Goose or something? GG will get me a cat AV, hard to beat.
