A match.
Stand by the house with the garden hose in hand.
Disco Inferno!
Is that what you do?

I would love to have a kick and a snare and maybe a symbol and some brushes.
Brushes are hard!
Is that what you do?
No. I defend the earth. I am totally green. The leaves are born, the leaves flourish, the leaves die, the leaves fall. I allow them to return to the earth from which they came.
Plus, I don't have that many trees and the Kansas wind helps out a lot.
But they JUST finished remodeling!
Tell them to stop being so wimpy. A considered lack of diversity comes at a price.
They aren't done. They don't like that front porch or the inside stair case. If they decide to move it will probably be within 6 months. Prices cheaper in Texas than here but not by much.
They like this place but I told them they may not like the area schools.
Meh.. Typical overpriced Texas slab house.
Nice presentation though.
Probably every house less than 50 years old in Texas is on a slab. Like here, prices shot up there in the last few years. Demand and all that.
Brother lives near Lake Texoma. If daughter moves I hope she'll move to that area as it's where we'd prefer. North of DFW seems to be a bit more expensive than the other directions out. None of us want to live too close to that godzillaplex.
Have to do like we did, 25 miles from everywhere.
Our price range is a good bit lower than theirs. Plenty to choose from in both price ranges all around DFW. I actually miss the thunderstorms in those parts. The heat and humidity are not missed though.
We lived in Allen almost 13 years. Told my daughter, who has a three year old and a teenager in high school still at home, that Allen has some of the best schools but still too much city for them.
Three of her four older sons, not living at home, told her they would move there too.
I just need half an acre of lake front property and a houseboat. Maybe a second houseboat for my wife.

Why wouldn't they think about all these things before they move there and built that house?
You couldn't pay me to live in Texas
They didn't build that house. They sold the one they did build and bought that one. Substantial profit on the one they built. They've lived where they are now maybe 3 years? Stand to make a lot of money on it too. Daughter does not like living in the woods and I think they're both tired of the snow.
You couldn't pay me to live in Texas
Spent a lot of time there have you?
