I buy ginseng now and then. I make tea with it and I also make a killer sauce for stir fry.
Yesterday I happened to just ask Alexa how long ginseng will last in the refrigerator, and she said that it should not be stored in the refrigerator. Just at room temperature and that it would last indefinitely.
So add ginseng to one of the other staples of foods that really does not have an expiration date. Pretty incredible.

That X32 rack will keep you busy for a while. That is a really nice Christmas gift.

It's WAY more complicated than anything I've ever worked with. I wish it had an arcade mode switch.

it's difficult to wrap your head around all the routing and buss options on equipment like this. It's something that is very difficult to get a big picture of in your head. Even my fireface interface is difficult. It had 18 ins and outs with 8 mic pre amps and a mixer with all kinds of routing. not easy.

That's just enough time to finish that album!

I ordered a new water heater and it came already. It's only $179.00 for a new one and so I figured it's not worth trying to buy all the parts. The heating element seems to be okay because it does heat, it just trips the thermostat reset. A thermostat is 85 bucks, but from what I've read the issue could also be that something else is shorted or not grounded.
The heating element is 50-80 dollars for this. So with just those two parts I'd already be close to the cost of a new one.

Yeah the travel trailer type appliances and parts are expensive.

How's that pooch working out?

mine is a house type. It's a 4 gallon. It fit under my counter in the bathroom. I like it because it gets pretty hot. When I take a shower I only need to turn the hot water on a little bit, then mix the cold over it - so I get a nice long shower.

How's that pooch working out?
Well she's fine. I don't have my fencing that blocks under the trailer, or my doggie door anymore. So we go for walks. She pooped inside anyway. lol.
But she's a little sweetheart.

I need to put a little tank like that under my bathroom sink. It's a super long run to the water heater and takes forever for the hot water to get to it. Any idea how much that thing costs to run?
-
I'm not sure. I have mine on a circuit that has a light switch to shut it off, so I sometimes turn it off at night. it only takes about 10 minutes to heat up.
-
I use mine to run everything.

Something must be up. I have not heard a single firework all day. These people around here don't let ONE excuse to start setting off a shit-storm of illegal fireworks.
I've been wondering how the dog will be. Ziggy used to get terrified and would keep me up all night.
