are those corvette concept car ideas over the years?
-
Lamborghinis. The first one is pretty cool.
-
The Countach is starting to look pretty dated now but still doesn't look like a car from the 70s.
-
That stupid USDOT plastic bumper makes it look retarded.

Zundap still in production. I've seen plenty of the Ural clones of the WW2 German hack.

That would have a hard time with speed bumps and just simply a lot of the lousy pavement in the US.

Have you seen the price tag on a Ural? There is no way I would pay that much for one.
Ausie dollars so take a 1/4 off for US
-
We looked at one for Barb "not recommended for highway speeds"
-
I was thinking one of these might be a fun project. But then...
-
Nope I would never pay anything close to that much for a ural. I can see the attraction for someone who is into WW2 reenactments but those damn things are slow as hell (max of 55 MPH) and clumsy on the road as well. The ones tricked out with the faux MG 42 and ammo belts are pretty neat looking though.

When I get too old to kick-start the Pan, I'll prolly also be too old to hold up the 700 pound Road King, been looking at side cars. Looks to be about a $5k investment

the Urals are more for off road type stuff... and rough roads or even no roads just trails n such...
speed is NOT one of their things... although did see a news report where a Ural rider was toolin down the freeway in a blizzard IIRC...
had a full body suite on looked like...
