It's all about control. I am beginning to think that at least one party is trying to see just how far they can go before there is a reaction. If they keep pushing, removing rights from the citizens without anything happening, they will be emboldened to remove them all and place themselves as rulers, not public "servants". The bar has already been set pretty low for reactions so far so I doubt they feel any reason to hold back. The woman who acts as if she were queen (pelosi) is a good example. Rules for thee, not for me and how dare you talk back!
