Look what tool Hitech let back on.

HT must be checking the sofa cushions for spare change
-
Well that's good.
-
Don’t give a fuck what HT says that turd he let back in was a cheating PoS. That shitbag used multi accounts to harass multiple people .

Dale is a pretty nice guy actually. I have nothing against him. He gave me a second chance when I was cheating before.
I was using that speed hack way back when.
I wasn't doing anything in the game to take advantage of it really. I was just messing around with it. I would never cheat cheat. Like cheat to win. What fun is that? The fun for me is competition and trying to test my own skill. I never understood cheaters.

Did not know this?
Shame shame.
So is it easy to used hack codes in that game?

It was a long time ago and there was this packet altering little program called speed hack. I don't know how it worked.
-
And I got perma-banned for talking about the Motorola reset button trick and using ping to advantage...

It manipulated memory. Everything in the game could be manipulated because it is all client sided.

"Nobody hacks a.h..."
At least thats what some scumbag in Grapevine tried to sell me. You guys must be full of shit.

Just like its your "sound card".

Anti-Cheat in Aces High has never existed. It's too tiny of a community to bother really.
-
Tee-Hee Tee-Hee 14-16 year olds really don't play Aces High (the demographic most likely to cheat at online games).

Some guy in Ack-Ack's squad was blatantly cheating, I forget his call sign now but it was pretty damn obvious because he went from being a very subpar pile-it and shot to being superb overnight. I've never believed Ack-Ack didn't know.
*Edit* Pellik was his name.

I never saw much of any cheating in AH over the years. I did see a number of douchebags who would use dual accounts just to spy on base-take missions, find the fleets, or to find specific enemies to grief (Skyrr most definitely did this). This was not considered cheating by HTC however so it was tolerated.
When we were running Elite Top Aces we became his #1 enemy (woo!), and whenever we got online in a group, he'd always show up with his squad, no matter where we were on the map, with about a 5-10k alt advantage. He was spying to find us every single night like clockwork, but we didn't mind as we all wanted to tangle with him anyways (alt disadvantage or not).
Hack Cheating/Packet editing - I did see it but it was incredibly rare. Like I might of noticed 2-3 people doing it over many years (Skyrr was one of them).
The biggest motivation to cheat was simply the score. Some people were very competitive with K/D ratios and coming in first place on the monthly scores. The lag switch was the most common thing to see (guy gets in trouble, switches on the 'cloaking device').
Skyrr was a different breed of his own - he wanted to film videos of himself for youtube, winning dogfights against known top players. He needed that validation, and also needed to be validated as a "Virtual Navy Seal" of a gamer (his actual words aka "wear the Trident").
He was definitely one of those poor ectomorphs in high school who was heavily bullied. He definitely had a little nerdy voice to him. Anyways, I liked him because it was fun to have a hated enemy to go after.

That Aussie calling him a Cunt was one of the funniest AH moments every caught on video.
