Chilling outside for a minute. It's very nice out!
Going to go over some lyrics on this laptop while I drink some coffee and then go in and maybe try some of them out.

This exciting picture picks me out on a bike ride.

Might as well get some health food at Starbucks.
I've been craving one of these caramel frappuccinos for a long time.

This is the typical May and June weather that people like to complain about over here. I like it though. Because in Arizona I would be sweating my tits off right now and over here it's 64 degrees with a high of about 70.
They call it May gray and June gloom. Mostly near the coast.
I even like it when the beach is like this.

Last week at fort riley. Three of them I am guessing doing training. This guy just kept hovering the field. I was hoping to see it do some live round firing since that is the shooting range for tanks.
-
Sorry. Don't know who this is.

Just go and do your duty. When they ask questions, start your first answer with "As a Life Member of the National Rifle Association, I..."
You'll be out of the LA jury pool os fast your your toes won't get wet.
-
I registered. They don't give you an option to change the incorrect name until you show up in person with a photo ID and proof. Which is bullshit. All my documents have been changed for several years.
Hopefully it's not a big deal.
-
I've never actually served as a juror. The closest I got was being selected for the potential jury pool and then I was dismissed.
-
I've gotten multiple jury notices over the years but I've forgotten to show up every time.
-
The thing is, unless they send that mail certified mail how can they prove that you ever got the mail?

The last time I showed up for jury duty was when I was still suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. That was a rough time. It was in the Compton courthouse.
Back in those times I barely got through the day.
-
I forgot to send the questionnaire back once and quickly got a sternly worded letter explaining to me all of the things they would do to me if I attempted to shirk my civic duty again. There for a while I was getting a notice every couple of months. I never had to serve though because there's rarely jury trials around here.
-
I got one a couple years ago now. Went to the jury selection and filled out the questionnaire including that I was retired Army and retired Police. Figured I'd collect my $20 and go home. Damn if I didn't get selected as an alternate in a murder trial. Spent a week and a half in court and didn't even get to deliberate much less cast a vote. Dude was guilty as hell. Got high and capped a woman in the head in her car because she wanted to go home and it interrupted him boinking another woman and smoking meth.
-
Yeah I'm worried about being selected then having some long trial.

Yeah well,
My last adventure will likely be my last. Wound up in the hallway with a scumbag cook co. judge trying to enlighten me about the noble mission tasked to the civil courts....
I explained to him the degenerate parasitism that defined him and his worthless colleagues as well as the money churning scam that they called "due process".
I thought he was gonna try to hit me.
My annual notices stopped...almost 10 years now.
