Easy to train means the dog has a strong desire to please.
Yeah, I'm easy to please.
Easy to train means the dog has a strong desire to please.
Yeah, I'm easy to please.
Wife says my dogs have me well trained.
Yeah, I'm easy to please.
My daughter and son in law have a mongrel that has zero desire to please and is untrainable as a result. I suggested taking his food away for 2 or 3 days and then not giving him any until he obeyed a simple command like sit w/o being forced to do so.
They didn't want to do that so the dog still shits and pisses in the house whenever he feels the urge to go. He misbehaves in other ways too by chewing up shoes and generally being destructive.
It's not my dog and I'm not the one that has to keep replacing things he destroys so I'm not to worried about it.
I have trouble posting pics here. You need to expand these by clicking on the magnifying glass to see the whole shot.
My two are from English working lines. Misty is on the right. She was bred at a working pheasant shoot out of a sire and dam that worked the shoot. Really a great dog in the house and in the field. Next to her is Lorie. She's out of Riverview Farms, a working English Lab kennel near Nashville. That's Lorie not long after we picked her up at 8 weeks.
This is Lorie now at 9 months. She is working well and has an amazing nose.
Lorie's sire is an imported English FTCH; call name is Basil
Here's her dam, Vivi another English import.
Rumor has it that eastern MT harbors decent numbers of pheasants. Might have to check that out before too long.
Frank Zappa lives!
It kept telling me the file was too large. 🤷♂️
The pics are smaller than what others posted
File type is a factor. JPG image files are compressed and there's often a 10:1 compression ratio. Assuming a png or other non compressed file type original you can open it with photos, paint, etc... and save as file type jpg. Don't make me make a video, 'cause I will.
They were jpg I think
Toad, too large on disc, not dimensions
Images uploaded directly need to be 500kb or smaller
It used to be set to 2 MB but I can't afford that on this server. You can hose the images for free here https://imgbb.com/
then use the picture icon thing in the message window toolbar. insert the link in the top box
Toad, I fixed the first picture.
Just like Sluggo said. When inserting the picture ()after you've uploaded it) select FULL IMAGE instead of insert all. If you click insert you will only get a thumbnail version
Fixed them all Toad. Just edited the post, went to attachments and selected FULL IMAGE on each pic
Man, that's full service.
If only you could do brakes.
I just text them to myself, texting software fixes all
Thanks G!
Toad imgur.com/ is pretty easy to use and even though they have multiple options for linking the pics you upload, one of them is labeled for message boards.
Upload your pic, then copy/paste the appropriate link here. If need be, I can channel my inner Iron and make an instructional video if you'd like.
