That reminds me, we already have seen that sort of. The ISS (international shareholders service) tried getting Elon's brother and Rupert Murdoch's son booted off Tesla's board about a year ago. The ISS is a shady organization that makes "recommendations" on board members for big corporations. They hold a lot of sway with voters, usually. Tesla shareholders flipped them the bird and re-elected both. I have to believe that probably didn't sit well with Elon. Eventually they would have made a recommendation on Elon with Twitter had he taken the seat. Not that it would bother Elon but I bet he factors that in as well.
I also believe that the powers that be use the USS to go after people they don't agree with. Or when they can't go after the person directly, they go after family.
