I use this for my plain Greek yogurt treats, SO GOOD.
I use grape nuts, a few raisins and plain, whole Greek yogurt. Great and healthy bedtime snack, or I pack it for my lunch as a desert. The only issue is that it's very expensive. 17 dollars for 32 ounces.
Still, I make almost all of my meals at home - and buying good food is actually cheaper than eating fast food. The maple syrup lasts a long time too. Months. It's full of minerals, it's got antioxidants, is anti-inflammatory and is very healthy.
The combination of textures and tastes in this desert is unreal. Very good.
